Pilates is a full body exercise method created by Joseph Pilates that utilizes spring resistance to optimize both joint mobility and core stability.
Pelvic Health is a speciality in physical therapy that focuses on the relationship between the pelvic floor muscles, the pelvic organs, and the joints of the hips and spine. Pelvic Health trained therapist have the license to perform internal manual therapy directly to the pelvic floor, if needed. Direct pelvic floor manual therapy is not necessary to improve pelvic pain or dysfunction. Informed Consent will always be required before starting any treatment.

Cranial Sacral Therapy is a gentle hands on technique the uses the cranial sacral system, the rhythm of the cerebral spinal fluid, to address fascial restrictions throughout the body. No, you do not need a referral to start Physical Therapy at New Perspective. However, the state of Minnesota requires a referral within 90 days of start of treatment.
