Private session with traditional Pilates apparatus. Does not include manual therapies.
3 person max capacity class with Pilates springboard and props.
Gentle, full body, manual therapy techniques to balance the nervous system and support general healing.
*Please Note: A 15 minute buffer is added after each session to allow for a smooth transitions between clients. Therefore, all 90 minutes sessions are scheduled as 105 minutes, and all 60 minute sessions are scheduled as 75 minutes.
